1. Who we are

This site is operated by Dexzyle Communication LLC ("we", "us", "our").

3060 S University Blvd, Denver, CO 80210
support@oilgasorgrass.com

2. What we collect

• Account info — email and a hashed password we store via Amazon Cognito. If you provide it, your NDIC username (we never see your NDIC password; we re-prompt you when needed).
• Billing info — handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card numbers. Stripe shares back to us only what we need (plan, status, last 4 digits, billing email).
• Usage telemetry — Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization enabled. We do not run advertising pixels.
• Session recordings — Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used (clicks, scrolling, page views) so we can improve the site. What you type into form fields is masked.
• How you arrived — the referring website or campaign link that brought you to the site, kept in your browser and sent to us only when you sign up for email or create an account.
• Messages you send — anything you submit through the contact or feedback forms (or in support email).
• Server logs — IP, user agent, and request IDs, retained roughly 30 days for operations and abuse prevention.

3. What we don't collect

We don't collect or store card numbers, government IDs, precise device geolocation, or third-party advertising identifiers. We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.

4. How we use it

• Operate the service and authenticate your account.
• Send transactional email (receipts, security notifications) and opt-in digest emails. Every digest email has an unsubscribe link.
• Respond when you contact support.
• Fraud, abuse, and security monitoring.
• Comply with law and respond to legal process.

5. Sharing & sub-processors

We use the following service providers, each bound by their own privacy commitments:

• Amazon Web Services — hosting, storage, email delivery (SES).
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Google Analytics — anonymized usage analytics.
• Microsoft Clarity — session recordings and heatmaps.

We do not sell personal data.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser localStorage for: Cognito session tokens (to keep you signed in), small preference flags (e.g. so the feedback widget doesn't pester you), and Google Analytics client identification. Microsoft Clarity also sets cookies so page views in one visit can be linked in a recording. We keep a small record in localStorage of how you first and most recently arrived (for example, the referring site or campaign link). It contains no name or contact information and is sent to us only when you sign up for email or create an account. We do not use advertising cookies.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data by emailing support@oilgasorgrass.com.

If you are a California or Colorado resident, you have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of any "sale" of personal data (we don't sell). We'll honor verifiable requests within applicable timelines.

If you're in the EU/UK and write to us, we will honor reasonable access and deletion requests even though we do not actively target the EU.

8. Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and deleted on request. Support and contact-form messages are retained up to 2 years. Server access logs are retained roughly 30 days.

9. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest within AWS. We follow reasonable industry safeguards. No system is unbreakable; please don't reuse passwords.

10. Children

The service is not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes

If we make changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be emailed to active account holders.
